Papillon is a new restaurant on Regent Street that celebrates the best of European café-culture located in the heart of London. Open all day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, Papillon serves a menu that features both British and French influences and the finest seasonal ingredients created by Executive Chef Jeremy Brown and Executive Pastry Chef Sarah Barber.
From Iberico Ham Eggs Benedict to Bircher Muesli in the morning, a classic Croque Monsieur at lunch or Broccoli and Roquefort Quiche, Fish Pie or a healthy Quinoa, Beetroot and Chia Seed salad at dinner, Papillon offers something to suit all tastes.
In addition to these classic dishes, our talented chefs have also created a selection of savoury and sweet crepes, including an indulgent lobster, baby spinach and truffle Cechamel crepe or the much-loved ‘Suzette’.
Our renowned Pastry Chef Sarah Barber also continues to showcase the finest in patisserie. New to her repertoire are a collection of six seasonal British desserts presented in jars, ideal for takeaway or chic dinner party gifts.
Accompanying these dishes is a wine and champagne list curated by our wine expert Charles Segond, including all the grand marques one would expect as well as fine examples of the new homegrown vineyards.
Open from 7:30am to 11pm, Papillon is located within Hotel Café Royal, London’s modern grand hotel and offers the splendour of a Siena marble-clad dining room designed by celebrated architect Sir David Chipperfield with expansive views across the hustle and bustle of Regent Street.
