It is not all love hearts and boxes of chocolates for us this February! We have some really fun new openings this month that will bring back the party after the January blues!
Here to bring the party to West Hampstead is Bobby Fitzpatrick! We love the loud vibrant interior reflecting the 70’s in this retro themed residence. This place is serving incredible deep crust American Style pizzas with toppings from pepperoni to something a little different such as chicken tikka. Or if you’re like me, go straight to the dessert menu and indulge in the banana pie! Thirsty? Grab a Stanford University, a cherry cola and vodka twist to really enjoy the fun-loving character at Boddy Frizpatrick’s.

Celeb hotspot Parisian brasserie Ferdi, has finally opened its doors at the new exclusive Mayfair location. This hotly anticipated opening has had London foodies completely overwhelmed with hype! But will Ferdi compare to the buildup? The upmarket elegant interior does not reflect the comfort food focused menu. But expect the best quality food and for the true Ferdi experience, try Ferdi’s cheeseburger. This is the juiciest, picture perfect sirloin burger smothered with cheddar cheese. You will never set foot in Five Guys again when you have tried Ferdi’s cheeseburger!

Novu is really making a name for itself as Victoria’s newest spot for good restaurants and it was only a matter of time before D&D brought their foodie flare to the newest London development. Aster is a cafe, deli and restaurant with a specilized menu with Nordic inspiration and some added French favourites. The two leveled stylish space is also the perfect spot for after work drinks, with a selection of Nordic inspired cocktails such as Cream of Iceland, which blends traditional Icelandic yoghurt with fresh berries, citrus and a punchy dash of coconut rum.

The newest South London restaurant is sure to draw in the crowds from across the city. Duck Duck Goose has opened up at trendy Pop Brixton, housed in a shipping container. Inspired by roasted meat kitchens of Hong Kong that transform Cantonese style BBQ, the menu at Duck Duck Goose is centred around (you guessed it!) duck, pork and goose! if you have one too many friends, go for the whole steamed sea bass. With sweet options such as Cha Chaan Teng French Toast with Condensed Milk & Soy Ice Cream. We are even more excited now for a sunny spring Sunday visit to Pop Brixton!

Known for its popular Shoreditch location, the newest Bel-Air restaurant luckily isn’t an 11 hour flight away in sunny Cali, but a spacious modern premise in central Farringdon. Priding themselves on fast food but not fried and fatty fast food, Bel-Air’s all-day menu is packed full of seasonal whole foods and fresh produce, with an abundance of gluten-free and vegetarian options! It’s ideal whether you are popping in for a quick breakfast bite before work or enjoying a relaxed leisurely lunch break in true California style!
