This summer London’s first sparkling wine bar will be popping its cork in the heart of Soho. Running a ten-week residency at eclectic neon art gallery Lights of Soho on Brewer Street, Fiz is the brainchild of three friends; Barnaby Lewis, Max Bigland and Jordan Nadian who are inspired by the vibrant and sociable food and drink scene found in the backstreet cava bars of Barcelona. Perfect for an after work tipple and nibble, Fiz will definitely impress your co-workers!
We love the idea behind Adam Handling’s news venture Bean & Wheat. Adam is setting out to reduce waste one trendy coffee shop at a time, by using left over ingredients from his main gig The Frog. The sweet and savoury goodies on offer at this Liverpool street location range from duck liver parfait to califlour stalk salad served in take away friend Kilner jars. Also, try the range of fresh pressed juice, perfect for a sunny stroll to the office!

Squeezed into an industrial shipping container in Pop Brixton is the 27 seater popular British restaurant Smoke & Salt. We love the modern and seasonally ingredients cooked with ancient techniques; smoked, pickled and cured. You’ll find lots of greens on the menu like broad beans with aioli and Hispi (London’s trendiest cabbage), served with pickled peanut and cold-smoked silken tofu. Smoke & Salt has definitely brought an edge of elegance to long summer days at Pop Brixton!

A collaboration between chef and restaurateur Victor Garvey and his father, this causal cheese wine and tapas bar offers a wide variety top end Cava, Spanish bubbles, and generally all excellent Spanish wines! We could sit back and relax here all evening long, while feasting on the whole tapas menu.
