Cooking over fire is at the heart of what we do here and almost all our dishes are grilled or smoked. In addition to rearing our Mangalitza pigs at our own Coombeshead Farm in Cornwall, we work directly with family farmers and butchers to source the very best, dry-aged, rare-breed meat. We are proud to boast our own Brewery within the restaurant, a full wine list and bar.
