CHEFstock returns to Alyn Williams at The Westbury

CHEFstock returns to Alyn Williams at The Westbury with international line-up Alyn Williams is delighted to be hosting what is now the fourth CHEFstock event at The Westbury Mayfair, A Luxury Collection Hotel – to involve a stellar line-up of some of the world’s leading chefs. Following its success in previous years, Alyn’s annual series of collaborative dinners will see the Michelin star chef cook alongside one of four internationally renowned chefs every Wednesday throughout June.





This year Alyn can confirm he will be joined by: Ana Ros (Slovenia) , Petter Nilsson (Sweden), Tim Hollingsworth (USA) and Anton Kovalkov (Russia). Each guest chef will create four original dishes designed to showcase his or her own culinary identity. This will be complimented by four dishes from Alyn, acclaimed for his elegant and playful cuisine.





The collaborative menu will be served to guests in the evening by restaurant manager Vincenzo Mancinelli and his accomplished team in the restaurant’s decadent and welcoming 50-cover dining room. Guests have the option of pairing the dinner with matching wines.





Alyn said: “This is the first year that all of the guest chefs are coming to the restaurant from outside of the UK, making this CHEFstock very special indeed. I’m hugely excited to collaborate with Ana, Petter, Tim and Anton; to discover some new styles of cooking and ingredients and to design some entirely new dishes of my own. Expect each dinner to be totally different from the last.”





Bookings are now open Each chef stock evening will begin at 6.30pm. Guests will be seated at 7pm. Tickets cost £180 to include a glass of Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2009 champagne & canapés on arrival, an eight-course tasting menu, water, coffee & service charge.
