Cantina Laredo’s three course menu will embrace Mexico’s aphrodisiacal foods, from avocados and mushrooms to chilli and chocolate, where guests can tuck in to Quesadillas de Champiñones, Blue Corn Tortillas, Oaxaca Cheese and Mushrooms with Epazote and Oregano before turning up the heat with Pescado Pacífico, a chargrilled Seabass fillet served with Chile de Arbdol and Guajillo Zarandeado sauce, using one of Mexico’s most potent chilies around.
To finish off the meal, guests can tuck in to traditional Churros de Canela or a Pecan and Walnut Chocolate Brownie, while sipping on Cantina Laredo’s tequila infusion, the Strawberry and Vanilla AquaRiva Reposado.
