Last night, the team behind one of London‘s most glamourous bars, Sexy Fish, took over cocktail hot spots MACE, New York and 28 Hong Kong Street, Singapore for one night only. Part of a three-city launch extravaganza, Sexy Fish also celebrated on their home turf with a large launch party held at their HQ on Mayfair’s Berkeley Square. One menu, one day, three countries – a menu launch the likes of which the bar industry has never seen.
The event showcased the full list of 21 drinks brand new, sustainable serves to guests. Drinks served included Japanese Kir, a gentle mix of Falernum and Koshu Grace White Wine and the curious Neonach, a savoury serve of Hendrick’s Gin, Salmon, Basil, Fennel and Chilli Oil, the menu offers perfect serves for both cocktail amateurs and connoisseurs.
Caprice Holdings’ Director of Bars Xavier Landais said of the new launch: “This menu took the best part of ten months to create, and the result is truly remarkable, something I’m very proud of. Our brief included three-pointers: be as sustainable as possible, surprise our guests and create delicious cocktails.
