As expected, since the opening of Harry’s Dolce Vita in Knightsbridge, Caprice Holdings will be expanding the brand and opening Harry’s bar on James Street this October.
Step back into the 1950s-style surroundings and indulge in a menu of Italian classics, and with all day dining, you could start with brunch and end with cicchetti on the terrace in the early evening.
“We are opening with our signature dishes that have proved favourites at our Knightsbridge restaurant, like our Harry’s truffle tagliolini and seafood spaghetti. We will also be adding a new Bacari menu for those looking for a quick afternoon snack and drink. We’re really looking forward to getting to know our new neighbours over a pizza and our signature Negronis.’
The original Harry’s Bar was first opened by Mark Birley in 1979 and acquired by Caprice Holding’s boss Richard Caring just over a decade ago. And yes it’s named after the Venetian original.
