Miss Jones Visits: Allpress Espresso Roastery

We recently visited Allpress espresso’s fantastic Roastery in Dalston. It’s situated just down the road from Dalston Junction, tucked slightly away but bustling with people nonetheless. Walking into the roastery you are hit with a sweet, burnt scent that envelopes the area letting you know you are indeed in the right place. The Building itself is a mix between contemporary design and sprawling machines, where you can visually see the process of roasting occurring. With a great little cafe attached with lots of Character and have no fear, it’s not just coffee, you can grab some breakfast and a great selection of cakes and pastries.

We got to try out the new range of coffees, which you can find out more about below!

Allpress settled on six coffees as the best way to express their spectrum of flavour. The coffees had to earn their place in the range and have been given new names and designs that will roll out globally. For Allpress in Dalston, London, this means adding two coffees to their roasting repertoire; A.R.T. Espresso Roast and Browns Mill Organic. Creating a powerful identity for their coffees, Allpress scrapped past naming convention and started with a clean slate. Each new name was thought of as a chapter in the Allpress story and speaks to the purpose of the coffee. Through exploring the range, you can discover what Allpress stands for: Allpress Espresso Blend – coffee blending expertise.

A.R.T. Espresso Roast – roasting innovation

The Good Brew – good any way

Browns Mill Organic – the dedication of our coffee farmers

Haus Decaf – Allpress never compromises on flavour

Our Coffee Galaxy – there are always new flavours to explore and something to learn

The new Allpress range can be purchased online or at the Dalston Lane Roastery or Redchurch
Street Espresso Bar.
