The wait is nearly over…
The highly anticipated launch of Sushi Samba Covent Garden is due to arrive in London soon! Take a sneak peak look behind the doors of what is set to be one of London’s most popular restaurants.
Upon entering, you will ascend the striking orange marble spiral staircase lined with a massive street art mural of Japanese mythology. This leads into a large dining, with three separate spaces, seating a grand total of 128 people. The whole venue is full of innovative design from top to bottom with black and white marble floors inspired by Oscar Niemeyer, and a living ceiling adorned with South American and Japanese plants.
The heart of the restaurant
At Sushi Samba Covent Garden, the art of cooking is not hidden, and instead the hustle and bustle of the exposed kitchen gives guests an exclusive glimpse into behind the scenes.
From the height of the sushi bar, you can take in the views of the Covent Garden piazza below, which puts classical design right beside the modern Japanese style inside. The exquisite decor inside the new Sushi Samba branch is set to wow its guests. The table tops are finished in either parchment leather or liquid metal, and the final touch comes with the selenite stone pendant lights. Running across the space are mother of pearl and eggshell screens that embody the Sushi Samba brand.
Sushi Samba Covent Garden will offer an exclusive private room complete with copper metal curtains juxtaposed against the original exposed wooden beams. Guests can also step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh air and views.
