A Hunters Lodge and festive menus arrive at Aster this winter

Aster’s deli is going to be transformed into a cosy hunting lodge this festive season complete with sheepskin blankets, warming drinks, festive snacks and mounted deer heads. In partnership with Macallan and Laphroaig Whiskies, the lodge will be serving a whisky cocktail menu alongside the more conventional mulled wine and alcoholic hot chocolate.

Stepping through the lodge and into the restaurant, Chef Patron, Helena Puolakka, has created two festive set menus that will be available from the 26th November until New Year’s Eve. From 19th of November to 30th December, there will also be a special Champagne Christmas breakfast menu available featuring three luxurious breakfast dishes including scrambled eggs with truffle; eggs with butter poached lobster and smoked salmon with caviar & potato blinis.

To celebrate the end of a great year, with Ikoyi winning it’s first Michelin star, the restaurant will be opening on Sunday 16th December for an exclusive Christmas Lunch. Jeremy and the kitchen team have created a fantastic 7 course menu showcasing the very best of the season in true Ikoyi style.
