Nine Lives are bringing luxurious vibes to the new year, with their tropical lush party. They will be dishing up nine serves which will comprise a mixture of spectacular cocktails and sumptuous small plates. The night will commence with champagne cocktails and oysters before sitting down to the nine serves food and cocktail menu. The first cocktail offering will be a delicate serve of sherry, sake, rose and sesame paired with king prawn skewers with pink ginger and coriander cress. Other courses such as the Nine Tales cocktail made with bourbon, palo cortado sherry and wine cordial will be warm and spicy, to be followed by a dainty portion of rare beef, scorched cherry tomato, green bean and watercress salad.
