Review: Live Well

What?

Live Well London is a health and fitness event with classes, talks and stands to visit over the course of the weekend.

When?

1 – 3 March 2019

Where?

Old Billingsgate, London

The Vibes

Fresh atmosphere with greenery mixed amongst booming fitness classes to maintain a feeling of zen throughout.
The timetable of workouts was mixed, from One London’s Mobility session to The Foundry’s Strongman Combo class. There was a mix of light yoga to hardcore heart-rate boosters and heavy lifting.

For foodies, there were lots of stands and educational talks on Mindful Chef’s Live Kitchen and Nutrition Stage. As soon as the talks and classes finished there was a swarm of people in search of refuelling from all the stands.

Our (Innerfit’s thoughts):

Overall, a great launch event. It could’ve been busier but that helped make for a more intimate event than some other London wellbeing festivals. Live Well classes delivered an actual workout with equipment rather than the watered down version you might expect elsewhere. Food-wise there was enough to keep you happy and informed, without being crushed between punters grabbing for free post-workout samples.

Well done Live Well London, we can’t wait for next year!
