Opened in September 2016, by brothers Noel and Max Venning, Three Sheets is a neighbourhood café-bar in Dalston specialising in drinks. We take great care selecting our wine and beer, which we rotate regularly. Alongside we serve a range meats and cheeses from the Ham and Cheese Company.
Our speciality is cocktails. With a weekly rotating seasonal menu, we aim to utilise modern kitchen techniques and ingredients to create drinks that are delicious and unique to the city.
Noel recently moved to London from Manchester, where he was running Crazy Pedro’s, after stints at Trof and the Deaf Institute.

The team at Artesian is excited to present a new minimalist cocktail menu. The menu is inspired by the mantra ‘less is more’, with cocktails being made of only one flavour combination. Created in the Artesian laboratory, the entire team have worked to pair thoughtfully-sourced spirits with just one other key ingredient or flavour.
Serving quality interpretations of classic New Orleans food and libations and working alongside New Orleans bartenders, we strive to bring an exciting and unique experience to London that feels right at home in the Crescent City.
Our Cajun and Creole kitchen is inspired by the finest restaurants in New Orleans. Our chefs have prepared a menu that pays homage to the city’s storied past while bringing their understanding and training in classical French cuisine to the forefront.
The interior takes its inspiration from the historic architecture the Crescent City is famous for. With a unique blend of exposed brickwork, original Georgian fireplaces, vintage panelled walls, Tiffany lamps, Blues and Jazz soundtrack, and comfortable down-home sophistication.
In our ongoing attempts to create London’s best cocktail bars, we’ve scoured our library of long-out-of-print cocktail books to resurrect some great long-lost classics.
We’ve also added some of our own, invented by our award-winning bartenders. All are made with the finest ingredients available (and a lot of love).
Team Lyan has always had a curiosity to find new ingredients, and an ability to make these unusual, alien and outright weird forms more delicious. In an embrace of the alternative, these key ingredients are at the heart of Lyaness. Some we’ve worked on with likeminded people within and outwith the booze world and others are the result of the research, exploration and experimentation of the team. So our menu is sectioned around ingredients instead of cocktails; it might seem a little odd, but the Lyaness team can connect you to your ideal drink.
The Space: Reimagining the iconic space overlooking the Thames within Sea Containers house, and to borrow from the heritage of our previous bar, Dandelyan, we’ve hoped to create a cocktail bar that goes beyond the simple focus of what’s in your glass.
Comfortable and fun, with different spaces that can accommodate private settings through to bigger social occasions, the space has been designed by original Dandelyan designer Jacu Strauss and the Lore Design Team. Featuring a signature electric blue, as well as the original green marble bar, the space is suitable from early where we also serve our cocktail-based Afternoon Tea, through to late night – including our house DJs over the weekend playing an eclectic mix of rock, funk and disco. Please note that we operate an over 18s policy from 5pm. The space gets busy, so we recommend booking in advance, but we will try fit walk-ins where possible.
DND, a discreet, underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar takes inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York with hand-beaded images of Ziegfeld Follies girls lining the walls, beckoning guests into this secret bar through a darkened entrance tucked back on Garlick Hill.
DND offers guests speciality barrel-aged and house cocktails alongside a menu of small plates, tacos and steamed buns while relaxing on plush velvet chairs and leather banquette seating.
The bar is open to guests over the age of 18.
