Carluccio’s Christmas in July
On Wednesday 17th July, Miss Jones received a first glance into the Carluccio’s Christmas Menu as well as deli items available for Christmas gifting. When the Miss Jones members arrived at Carluccio’s Covent Garden they were shown to the first floor where the products were beautifully placed. From Panetone to Chocolate and Canapés, the members were able to have a first glimpse into the Christmas menu and what was available in their Christmas Gift Guide.
Lainston House FAM Trip
On Thursday 19th July, 9 Elite members had the opportunity to enjoy a short break at Lainston House. The members were greeted with a glass of bubbles upon arrival and then shown their room for the night. Once all settled the Elite members were given a show-around of the grounds and information about what was in store that evening!
The first workshop was called ‘Pick your own Pimm’s’, the members had the opportunity to pick their own choice of fruit from the gardens which was later added into their Pimm’s glass. Once we felt all refreshed from our Pimm selection we headed to the Falconry display where the lucky members were able to hold the birds we were shown. The next stop was the ‘Build your own Burger’ workshop where we were able to build our own burger from scratch in the Season Cookery School with Sylvain Gachot, the Cookery School Manager.
Once dinner was served and all the burger masterpieces were built and eaten, we headed off to the lounge to have a last drink before we hit the hay!
Private Dining at Sake no Hana
On Tuesday 23rd July the Miss Jones members were treated to a private dining experience at Sake no Hana. The guests were greeted with with a welcome ‘Kanpai’ sparking sake, followed by a seated dinner highlighting the signature dishes chosen by Executive Chef Hideki.
Sake no Hana can arrange a Sushi masterclass for up to 10 guests at £120 per person, hosted by the Sake no Hana’s Executive Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi who would make a short introduction to the creation of sushi and different rolling techniques. Guests will enjoy sushi they’ve made themselves, including salmon avocado maki, prawn tempura maki, a selection of nigiri and a crunchy California handroll and spicy tuna handroll.

Terrace Launch Party at Brigadiers
On Wednesday 24th July the Miss Jones members attended the Brigadiers Terrace launch party where they could try a sample sized menu of Brigadiers most popular dishes! As the sun was shining this was the perfect time to network with a glass of bubbles!
temper City Christmas Showcase
On Thursday 25th July we were privileged to have a sneak peek at the new Christmas Menu at temper City. We were also shown the different cuts of steak and a tour of the restaurant and kitchen! To finish off we enjoyed a drink on their terrace to catch the last of the evening sun!
