Christmas Celebration Bakes Workshop – 3 hour course£90.00 per person

Create a flavourful Apple & Cinnamon Frosty, plus a scrumptious Christmas crown – a sweet bread topped with cranberries, nuts and mixed peal, perfect for gifts or for a festive table! 

Ultimate Christmas Baking workshop – 6.5 hour course£180.00 per person

Bake Stollen, both Classic & Frangipane Mince Pies, a savoury Chestnut, Sage and Onion Loaf, the Bread Ahead signature Ginger Cake, and some very more-ish Orange and Stem Ginger Amaretti Biscuits.

Victorian Christmas Baking Workshop – 3 hours £90.00

Learn the secret to Bread Ahead’s spicy Ginger Cake in addition to the perfect Prune & Walnut Bread. These sweet and savoury treats will be a favourite at any dinner!

Festive German Baking Workshop – 6.5 hour course£180.00 per person

Learn to make Stollen, a Kugelhopf and different types of Christmas biscuits (including the classic Lebkuchen)

Mince Pie Workshop – 3 hour course £90.00 per person

Learn how to make the traditional mincemeat recipe of the Bread Ahead but also baking (and filling) both classic and frangipane mince pies.

Doughnut Workshop – 3 hour course £90.00

Learn how to make desserts of the finest calibre from start to finish and leave with a box full of custard delights.

Most importantly please note that all bookings for December will also include how to make this years seasonal Christmas panettone doughnuts.

Panettone Workshop – 4 hour course £120.00 per person

Learn how to bake the pinnacle of sweet bakes. This means you will create a rich, buttery and eggy crumb Panettone filled with dried fruits and citrus peel. Yum!

Gingerbread Decorating Workshop – 2 hour course£65.00 per person

Learn how to make fantastic ’stained glass’ Gingerbread Christmas Tree Decorations, plus some  beautiful gingerbread biscuits (including people!)
