On Tuesday 3rd December, Le Pont De La Tour will reveal their intimate winter bolt hole Le Lodge D’Hiver. Transformed from the popular autumnal truffle hut, the cosy cabin will be adorned with holly, mistletoe and winter foliage for the whole of December.
With beautiful views of the River Thames, the picturesque winter hut will play host to an intimate dining space for two, where guests will be treated to a five-course Christmas tasting menu alongside a bottle of Moët & Chandon. Throughout the experience couples will be treated to the ultimate romantic encounter, cosied up under fluffy blankets, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and their own private waiter.
The menu will feature mouthwatering dishes including: Baby baked new potato, herb crème fraîche, Aquitaine caviar;Terrine of duck liver, fruit chutney, toasted brioche; Poached monkfish tail, citrus nage, sea herbs and shaved truffle; Roasted veal cutlet for two, fricassée of herb gnocchi, braised baby gem, truffle velouté and Bitter chocolate fondant, vanilla Chantilly, griottine cherries. The experience at Le Lodge D’Hiver is £200 for two people and includes a five-course tasting menu and a bottle of Moët & Chandon to share.
Reservations are open and available from Tuesday 3rd December until the 30th December.
Sittings are available at lunchtime between 12.00pm and 2.30pm, and twice an evening from 6.00 and from 8.30pm.
