Antony Demetre launched Wild Honey St James in June 2019, at Sofitel London St James. The restaurant offers Anthony’s highly-regarded modern European cooking, combining classic French techniques with seasonal British produce. A vegan menu is available throughout the year and currently features Wild mushrooms on toast, parsley and garlic (£8); Slow roasted new season vegetables – pictured (£10); Slow baked aubergine, Middle eastern flavours, frekkeh wheat salad (£15); and Clementine sorbet with an orange biscuit (£7).
