The Rosewood London have launched an exciting new winter terrace, The Macallan Manor House – in partnership with renowned whisky brand The Macallan. Taking inspiration from the rolling Scottish hills and The Macallan Estate, the terrace entrance is covered with beautiful blue heather and purple thistles, as well as elegant pine trees.
Inside, guests will discover a warm and comforting room filled with nods to The Macallan’s distillery and elements of a Scottish manor house. Dressed in tartan blankets and the roaring fire will keep guest’s toasty. You will be able to sip on warming whisky cocktails, whilst enjoying a menu of comforting dishes, such as rare breed pork and white pudding scotch egg, acorn squash and spelt risotto, and sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. There are also two special dishes created in collaboration with the Roca brothers and food from Holborn Dining Room, one of these dishes is a Scottish scallop dish served in a malt broth, with shaved fennel, roasted artichoke puree and turnip.
Feel the heat from the roaring fire, warming drinks, and enjoy beautiful Scottish cooking at one of the best winter terraces this year.
