Pantechnicon is a five story Nordic and Japanese dining and shopping spot that’s opened in Belgravia. Home of the playful celebration of Nordic and Japanese creativity and craftsmanship – a story told through food, drink, design and experiences. The team thrive on creating inspiring new dishes using traditional Japanese and Nordic cooking methods. Wherever possible, they source beautiful local ingredients.
On the second floor, Nordic themed restaurant, Eldr. The Nordic trained kitchen team invites you into a modern open kitchen and dining space to experience food and drink inspired by the 10 Nordic countries and territories.
At the Sachi restaurant opening in November, eat like a local from a menu created by cook and champion of Japanese market ingredients and author of best-selling cookbook, ‘Japan’, Nancy Singleton Hachisu.
Alongside the two restaurants you can enjoy breakfast in Café Kitsuné, a light lunch on the airy all seasons Roof Garden. Followed by afternoon tea, and then finish your evening with a beautiful Nordic cocktail from their award-winning Icelandic bartender. Instead you might prefer a late night aperitif in the cosy Japanese cocktail bar and bottle shop, Sakaya.
