Abigail Ireland

As a busy professional, it is crucial to manage your time well if you want to succeed. Whilst we all have the same number of hours in the day, top performers achieve results with intention whilst others wonder where the time went!

One of the biggest obstacles to high performance is an inability to say “no”. We need to spend more time on activities that support our goals, and less time committing to things that make us feel resentful, stressed, overworked and overwhelmed.

This talk is for you if you find it hard to say no to people, meetings, demands and distractions. Discover strategies to be more ruthless with your time, set and preserve your boundaries, and say “no” effectively and skilfully. Ultimately, experience a positive knock-on effect on your productivity, wellbeing, sense of purpose and overall happiness.

Abigail Ireland is a High Performance and Productivity strategist who helps executives, teams and businesses to achieve Peak Performance and enhance personal productivity. Abi coaches, trains and educates her clients so they can operate at their best on a sustainable basis. By identifying ineffective habits, it is possible to refocus energy on the things that count. Abi draws on worlds of business, psychology and physiology to deliver integrated strategies to boost performance and achieve excellence.

The Shoe Consultant Ltd

“How to find Comfortable, Beautiful Shoes”

Have you ever wondered why it’s so hard to buy shoes which not only look great but feel good too? Susannah explores how her unusual childhood led her into the wonderful world of shoes, discusses why shoes give us confidence, how others perceive our footwear choices, and most importantly how you can find comfortable, beautiful shoes to make you look and feel powerful.

About Susannah:

Susannah Davda developed her love of shoes from a very young age thanks to her father who used to make them as a hobby. After leaving school she did a degree in Footwear Design and went on to spend over twenty years working for well known footwear brands and retailers, within the UK market and internationally. During that time, Susannah acquired a diverse skillset which she uses to advise shoe brands globally and, since starting her business in 2015, has helped lots of exciting shoe companies; from start-ups to more established businesses.
