Business Assistant – £38000-40000

Our client, an influential and dynamic entrepreneur, is looking for their number one support to join their beauty start-up.

They require someone who has strong marketing experience, good business acumen, is a real go-getter and will go the extra mile.

This candidate must think outside the box, be proactive and loyal and have a genuine passion in either the beauty or luxury brands industry.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Marketing experience within the luxury brand industry
  • Strong social media exposure and experience
  • Experience with startups preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to efficiently manage changing priorities and workload
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be discreet and trustworthy
  • Have excellent presentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be ambitious and dynamic

Role will include but is not limited to the following:

  • Research and marketing support
  • Managing all social media platforms
  • Assisting with day to day logistics
  • Responding to emails and online enquiries
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Attending meetings with and on behalf of the Founder
  • Possible PA duties; personal shopping, running errands, lifestyle requests etc.
  • Diary management
